The role involves leading and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing teams, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, developing and executing business strategies, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Director will also play a critical role in expanding market presence and optimizing revenue growth for the company.QualificationsProven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targetsStrong background in Customer Service with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiencesDemonstrated experience in Team Management and leadership, fostering collaboration and performanceProficiency in Business Development and strategic planning to drive growth and capture new opportunitiesExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentRelevant experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with lifestyle or boutique brands, is a significant advantageBachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field
