Title: Robotics Automation EngineerLocation: ARSummary:The candidate will work on advanced automation systems involving Mitsubishi PLCs, Cognex vision systems, Yamaha SCARA robots, and ABB 6-Axis robots. The role focuses on PLC optimization, robotic integration, HMI improvements, and vision-guided automation.ResponsibilitiesModify and optimize Mitsubishi PLC programs to improve machine efficiency and cycle times.Develop and enhance HMI layouts and user interface functionality.Configure and troubleshoot Cognex vision systems for inspection and robot guidance.Program and calibrate Yamaha SCARA robots using RCX Studio.Develop motion paths and integration solutions for ABB 6-Axis robots.Integrate PLCs, robotics, and vision systems for seamless automated operations.Troubleshoot automation and robotic system issues to minimize downtime.RequirementsExperience with Mitsubishi PLC programming and HMI development.Hands-on experience with Cognex vision systems and robot vision guidance.Experience working with Yamaha SCARA and ABB 6-Axis robotic systems.Strong knowledge of robotics and automation systems integration.Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus.Advanced Mitsubishi automation platform knowledge preferred.
