The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and performance optimization, along with hands-on experience in ETL processes and big data technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality dashboards, insights, and scalable data solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for KPIs and business insightsBuild and optimize semantic data models using DAX (measures, calculated columns, relationships)Perform ETL processes using Power Query (M)Optimize report performance and scalability (DAX tuning, model efficiency)Collaborate with data engineering, BI, and business teams to solve complex data problemsCreate and maintain documentation for data models, transformations, and reporting standardsRequired Skills:Advanced experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and ETL processesStrong expertise in performance optimization (especially DAX and data models)Proficiency in SQLHands-on experience with Python and PySparkStrong understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema preferred)Ability to work with large datasets and complex systemsPortfolio showcasing Power BI/reporting work (non-confidential data)Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Certifications (PL-300, DP-600, DP-700)Experience with Microsoft FabricKnowledge of relational and non-relational databasesFamiliarity with data pipelines, medallion architectureStrong focus on UX, data visualization, and accessibilityExperience Required:5 10+ years in Data Analytics / BI / Data Engineering
