Job Description: Position: PTC Windchill Application Engineer - TECHNICAL LEAD L1Location: Menlo Park & Fairmont, CA (Hybrid, 3 days Onsite / Week)Hire Type: Full TimeApplication Build Engineer needed to build AI-native agentic workflows for PLM and NPI automation — a P2 initiative (O1/KR6) enabling AI agents to automate part creation, BOM generation, and engineering change workflows.The PLM reboot (PTC Windchill) supports 120K+ parts with growing product complexity; without integration engineering, the new platform cannot connect to MDM, sourcing systems, or downstream order execution.PTC Windchill APIs, PLM integration development, and AI/agentic skill development.Scope:Build integrations between PTC Windchill and Infra SC systems (MDM, Demand Hub, IValua);develop AI agents for automated NPI BOM generation, part creation, and ECO processing.Supports O1/KR4 (PLM & MDM) and O1/KR6 (AI skills for PLM). Could be funded by ISCE.
