This role focuses on creative capacity planning, offshore partnership oversight, and AI-enabled workflow advancement – ensuring work is aligned to business priorities and positioned to scale sustainably.As a senior individual contributor, you will own offshore governance, intake and assignment infrastructure, and automation performance, driving operational clarity and consistent delivery across a high-volume, multi-stakeholder portfolio.This role is 100% onsite based out of our Bellevue Office.At Compass, You WillLead Offshore Creative ResourcesServe as the business owner of an established offshore Creative Resources team, providing functional and operational leadershipOwn performance standards, delivery quality, and resourcing accountabilityEstablish clear expectations, reporting frameworks, and ways of workingPartner with offshore leadership to elevate capability, consistency, and service levelsEnsure alignment between offshore capacity and national business prioritiesOwn governance routines, performance oversight, and escalation managementOwn Resourcing Strategy & Capacity PlanningDefine and evolve the resourcing model across national and regional creative portfolios in partnership with the Senior Creative Program ManagerLead capacity planning and prioritization decisions within forecasting frameworks across a complex, high-volume pipelinePartner with creative, marketing, and business leaders to align priorities and guide complex intake decisionsEnsure work is appropriately scoped and resourced to balance speed, quality, and sustainabilityMonitor utilization trends and provide data-driven recommendations that improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiencyOwn Project Management Platform & Workflow InfrastructureOwn intake standards, routing guardrails, and assignment criteria within the creative project management platform (Workfront)Configure and refine workflows, intake forms, and routing logic to improve flow from request through deliveryEnsure scalable intake and balanced workload distribution across offshore and distributed resourcesMonitor routing performance, SLA adherence, and capacity signals to proactively mitigate delivery riskImplement targeted workflow improvements that strengthen prioritization, clarity, and throughputPartner with the Senior Creative Program Manager on system governance, reporting visibility, and long-term platform enhancementsDrive adoption and accountability across intake and assignment processesAdvance AI-Enabled Resourcing & AutomationOwn and evolve AI- and automation-driven workflows across the end-to-end creative workflow with clear accountability for performance outcomesDefine and prioritize enhancements to bot-enabled workflows in partnership with technology teamsImplement and optimize human + automation workflows that reduce manual intervention while improving consistency and speedLead field enablement efforts to ensure successful adoption of automated intake and routing processesUse performance data to continuously refine automation rules, workflow logic, and system accuracyDrive Cross-Functional AlignmentServe as a clear subject matter expert on creative resourcing standards, capacity guardrails, and intake best practicesPartner with Creative, Marketing, Production, and Business stakeholders to align priorities and guide complex intake decisionsCommunicate resourcing decisions, constraints, and SLA expectations with transparency and consistencySurface forward-looking risks related to scope, capacity, and delivery timelines, and recommend structured solutionsGuide stakeholders through workflow updates, automation enhancements, and evolving intake standardsScale Operational ExcellenceStrengthen accountability and consistency across intake, routing, and delivery workflowsIdentify systemic friction points and implement structured, scalable process improvementsLeverage performance dashboards and operational data to improve throughput, predictability, and utilization healthReinforce clear standards, documentation, and governance practices that support sustainable growthEnsure resourcing operations can scale support continued organizational growthWhat We’re Looking For5–8 years of experience in creative operations, workforce planning, or resourcingExperience working with offshore or distributed creative teamsStrong fluency in Workfront (or similar project management platforms), including workflow configurationExperience working with automation, bot workflows, or AI-enabled process improvementsStrong operational judgment in capacity planning, prioritization, and workflow governanceAbility to independently own complex systems in a high-volume environmentData-informed decision-maker comfortable leveraging dashboards and performance metricsStrong communicator who can influence stakeholders and drive adoptionSystems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and evolving environmentsCompensation: The salary pay range for this position is $92,700 - $103,000 however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
