A Brief OverviewThe position is responsible for enterprise-level prospecting, building, and closing new business within a dedicated territory or market region. The position owns and manages the complete sales process for all opportunities to sell the Company's solutions and services, exceed sales quotas and goals, and generate revenue. The role focuses on large, enterprise-level organizations.Work LocationsDublin, CAIrvine, CALos Angeles, CASan Diego, CASan Francisco, CARiverside, CAAustin, TXDallas, TXWhat You Will DoDevelops strategic sales plans and objectives within a defined territory, targets new business from a diversified portfolio of industries and executes plans to build pipelines, relationships, and close new business for large, enterprise-level organizationsCultivates profitable and substantial referral relationships and drives activity volume of client leads through targeted sales prospecting techniques, such as cold calling and networking both in person and through professional online channels, to develop diverse partnerships that leads to introductions and credible business opportunitiesAnalyzes and probes defined markets and enterprise prospects to fully understand decision making trends and quickly qualify or disqualify leadsEstablishes and grows solid, long-term relationships with prospects to successfully earn trust and advise on the positive impact the Company can make in providing a value-add solution to improve their competitive position in the marketplace and support their business goalsApplies sales practices throughout the new business process utilizing the organization’s sales technology and tools to effectively manage enterprise-level prospect data, activity, and resultsProduces detailed reports and analyzes data to determine strategic changes needed to increase the achievement of sales quotas and goalsProvides support to other sales consultants and assists with large and/or complex prospective customersPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferredExperience QualificationsTypically, 8+ yearsPEO Experience RequiredSkills And AbilitiesExceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skillsAbility to demonstrate confidence and expertise knowledge in products and servicesSolid skills in data analytics, account management, and technologyProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent attention to details and organizational skillsWork EnvironmentWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting.
