This position will focus on managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. The position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined. The position will generally be task oriented, requiring someone with a conservative, careful, and cautious approach to work.Location: Hybrid, Newark, Delaware (254 Chapman Rd, Ste 108, Topkis Bldg., Newark, DE 19702)General Job Duties: Performing GrayMatter services to meet client needs, with a specific focus on Control SystemsDesigning, developing and implementing solutions to resolve customer issuesConsulting with and training end users on new applicationsAssisting in project development and planningPerforming onsite pilots, testing and demos as neededPosition requires 20 - 30% independent travel to customer locations Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed: Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field (EE, EET, ME, MET, ChemE or comparable).
