If you are passionate about food service and making a positive impact on people's recovery journey, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook nutritious meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual resident needsEnsure all food is prepared safely, following proper hygiene and sanitation standardsPlan menus in collaboration with healthcare professionals to meet nutritional requirementsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areasMonitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as neededAdhere to all safety protocols and food handling regulationsRecord and document meal preparation and service activitiesSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a cook, preferably in healthcare or institutional settingsKnowledge of dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelinesAbility to follow recipes and food safety standards meticulouslyStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or certification is a plusJoin our compassionate team dedicated to supporting individuals on their recovery journey.
