We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Infant/Toddler Head Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, a deep understanding of child development, and a commitment to providing exceptional care and education for our youngest learners. Key Responsibilities: Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing daily activities and lessons. Support the creation of a welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Help supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and field trips, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Assist with daily routines, including meal times, rest periods, and transitions between activities. Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging positive interactions and behaviors. Assist with classroom preparation and clean-up, ensuring the learning environment is clean, safe, and inviting. Communicate effectively with lead teachers and families, providing updates on children's progress and behavior. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines, as well as school policies and procedures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus. Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting. Strong understanding of child development and the needs of young children. Ability to work collaboratively with a team, taking direction from lead teachers and providing support as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and staff. 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
