A Tennessee public school high school softball coach is primarily responsible for leading all aspects of a school's softball program while ensuring strict compliance with Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA) regulations and school district policies. Core Duties & ResponsibilitiesAthletic Development : Plan and conduct effective practices focused on softball fundamentals, game strategies, and player conditioning.
