Marketing Coordinator

In this role, you will take an active part in supporting the Business Development Team by assisting in the planning and execution of various social media content and public relation communication in the Life Re Insurance sector.Specific Responsibilities:Event Management:Update the Yearly Calendar of Meetings & SeminarsOrganize and coordinate monthly webinars.Facilitate the planning and execution of podcasts.Organizes and promotes company seminars and events, both on-and off-site.Website and LinkedIn Maintenance:Manage the LinkedIn account by posting relevant content twice a week.Regularly update and maintain the company website.Develop and manage Academy training modulesMarketing Material Coordination:Coordinate commercials and promotional content for productsSponsorship Management:Manage sponsorships efficiently to enhance partnerships.Monitors budgets for both sponsorship and advertising.Content Development:Coordinate monthly content creation meetings for fresh and engaging materials.Create and edit the UW Quarterly Newsletter.Other duties:Manage the distribution of Holiday Cards to clients.Update client proximity updates on ORIC Spreadsheet & HubSpot AccountFulfill other duties as requested by ManagementRequired Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent2-5 years’ experience in event coordination and marketing supportStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/toolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelinesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree
