We have built our reputation around hands-on property management and we remain committed to providing the highest standards of service and integrity to our clients.At Capstone, we make sure our employees are well taken care of and recognize their hard work and dedication are the driving force behind our success.We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Leasing Manager to join our team at our property located in Austin, TX 78739DescriptionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Achieve targeted occupancy levels for the propertyWork with Property Manager and Regional Manager to coordinate property marketing plan• Greeting, qualifying and closing prospects by taking phone calls from prospects, scheduling appointments, qualifying prospect on type, size, price and amenities available, show unit or model and tour the property, use closing techniques and follow up with a phone call.• Ensure all reports are completed in a timely manner• Review and approve lease applications• Develop a good rapport with residents and assist in resolving resident problems.• Plan and coordinate budgeted resident events and activities.• Prepare resident fliers for distribution.Minimum QualificationsAn ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:• Three years of experience as a Leasing Manager in the Multifamily industry• Solid sales and customer service skills• Ability to work well in a team environment• Active listening skills and willingness to learn• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills• Good organizational and time management skills• Strong computer skills• BilingualPreferred Qualifications• Knowledge of One-Site softwareBenefitsOur employees enjoy a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits which includes: Commissions, a three-week vacation, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan.We look forward to meeting you and hearing how your leasing experience and skills can contribute to the happiness and success of our residents.If you are the right person for this opportunity, please submit your resume and salary history.Drug Screen and background check will be required.CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORDIf an offer of employment is made and accepted, continued employment will be contingent upon the satisfactory results of a thorough Criminal History Record Check(s).
