As a Sales Development Coordinator you are the first point of contact for therapy clinics reaching out to learn more about our platform. Your mission is to provide an exceptional first impression, qualify interested leads, and bridge the gap between their curiosity and our solution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification: Respond rapidly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms. You’ll be the "first responder" to clinicians and clinic owners who want to see Raintree in action.Discovery & Consultation: Conduct introductory calls to understand a clinic's unique needs, pain points, and current software gaps to determine if Raintree is the right fit.Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to schedule high-quality demos and provide them with the deep-dive research needed to close deals.Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce and Outreach.io to track lead progress and ensure no potential partner falls through the cracks.Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a knowledgeable advocate for our top-rated EMR platform, tailoring your message to both adult and pediatric therapy domains.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life/work experience.Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or lead-gen roles. We are willing to train the right candidate!Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can explain complex ideas simply and build rapport quickly over the phone.Tech Literacy: Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
