Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent, based in Hauppauge, NY. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing commercial property transactions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and building client relationships, determining clients’ specific business needs, negotiating lease and sale agreements, providing market analysis, and staying informed on local commercial real estate trends. The candidate will collaborate with the brokerage team and act as a liaison between property owners, landlords, and tenants. Qualifications Proven experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate transactionsActive Real Estate License requiredStrong knowledge of Brokerage and the commercial property marketSkills in Sales and effective relationship-building with clientsAbility to analyze market trends and develop strategic recommendationsStrong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skillsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
