At Esquire, we are focused on Getting it Right for our clients, our partners, and our employees, and we empower our teams to create smarter, more scalable ways of working.About the Role As a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead and optimize procurement and supply chain operations across strategic sourcing, vendor management, inventory planning, logistics, and reporting. You'll drive cost efficiency, improve service levels, mitigate supply risks, and align procurement strategy with overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and cost-saving initiativesLead RFP processes, supplier evaluations, vendor selection, and contract negotiationsOversee vendor onboarding, qualification, performance monitoring, and supplier agreementsManage end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, forecasting, inventory control, and logisticsEnsure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and servicesMonitor supply chain performance, identify risks or disruptions, and implement mitigation strategiesAnalyze procurement and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop best practices, policies, and standard operating proceduresBuild and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholdersResolve escalated vendor issues, including pricing disputes, delivery delays, and service concernsManage procurement budgets and track cost savings and cost avoidance initiativesPrepare and present reports on procurement metrics, supplier performance, and supply chain KPIsWhat You'll Need Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsKnowledge: Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain management, logistics operations, vendor management, and contract managementTechnical: Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP platforms, Microsoft Office, and supply chain reporting toolsExperience: Five or more years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, including strategic sourcing and vendor managementPreferred Systems: Experience with NetSuite ERP or supply chain systems strongly preferredEducation: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experienceWork Style: Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAttributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvementWhat Success Looks Like Achievement of cost savings and cost avoidance targetsImproved supplier performance, service levels, and contract complianceStrong on-time delivery rates and effective inventory optimizationReduced procurement cycle times and process inefficienciesAccurate, timely procurement data, reporting, and KPI trackingHigh stakeholder satisfaction with procurement and supply chain supportWork Environment This is a fully remote position.
