You will develop strategy, set the course for your team and execute daily, monthly and annual deliverables that meet the annual plan. Within this role, you will drive improvement and develop future people leaders.Primary Responsibilities:Manage a production line order backlog and ensure OTDChase material shortages and resolve issues that may impact OTDMeasure, communicate, and drive group performanceThink and Act like an ownerLead daily operations and continuous improvementDrive efficiency and reduce operational costUse data driven problem solving to make changeResponsible for hiring, training, and motivation of employeesPromote a team environment and develop direct reportsImprove business results with standards and process documentationPreferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experiencePreferred Experience:5+ years of progressive manufacturing experienceManaging teams with direct and indirect labor (10 – 30 direct reports)Pervious experience working in manufacturing or another highly regulated industryPreferred Specialized Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Driven problem solver looking for growthPassionate about developing great peopleHigh self-driven standardsStrong Excel skillsERP/MRP experienceWants to have fun at workThinks strategically, but ensure tactical executionResults-orientedThrive in an ambiguous environmentPhysical Requirements:Frequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.Frequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.The person in this position needs to frequently move inside the officeFrequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.Occasionally use of steps, or ladder.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Seldom to occasionally position self to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Work Environment:This job operates in a professional manufacturing environment.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.Salary Range:Please note the typical hiring range is $102,000 - $138,000 annually.
