Project Integrator

Job Description We are seeking a Project Integrator to support a mission-critical training program by coordinating and optimizing the suite of technologies that enable training delivery. This role focuses on integrating hardware, software, COTS products, and custom applications to ensure interoperability, efficiency, and system stability across the environment. The Project Integrator will work closely with the Government Task Manager (GTM), stakeholders, and technical teams to align priorities, support system enhancements, and develop new capabilities. This position is responsible for recommending emerging technologies and best practices, ensuring systems meet security requirements, and enabling secure communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will help maintain a modern, reliable platform that supports evolving mission needs. , Required Skills Demonstrated experience integrating systems and managing technical programs Demonstrated experience gathering and vetting new technical requirements Demonstrated experience identifying requirements and constraints pertaining to technical capabilities and solutions in support of training and educational exercises Demonstrated experience cross-skilling and backfilling for teammates Demonstrated experience managing cloud infrastructure Demonstrated experience using communication tools including push-to-talk technology Demonstrated experience using map imagery applications Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft cloud-based tools including Office 365, Azure, Entrap and Teams , Desired Skills Demonstrated experience administering complex Sponsor unclassified systems Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of Sponsor personnel Demonstrated experience with system assessment and Sponsor's Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes Demonstrated experience supporting and troubleshooting proprietary Sponsor map imagery applications , About NeoMax NeoMax is a minority owned small business that specializes in DevOps, Data Science, and Cybersecurity IT solutions.
