Overview As Software Engineering Manager, you lead the Servicing Digital – Transact team, guiding a full-stack group responsible for payments, wallets, and transaction history used by millions. You’ll shape delivery while coaching engineers and staying close to the tech stack (Next.js/React, NestJS GraphQL, .NET/C#, AWS, EKS). You’ll drive AI-native practices and partner with product and design to align on a clear roadmap. This role sits at the heart of Rocket’s System of Record modernization and cross-functional collaboration.
