Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily station operations, including improving delivery efficiency, optimizing workflows, and assisting with basic logistics tasks such as parcel sorting and unloadingCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient operationsParticipate in cross-functional learning and gain exposure to different areas of the businessWork closely with regional leadership and department heads to understand business operations and management practicesCollaborate with team members to support business expansion initiatives, including new city launches and relocation assignments as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree or above; majors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields preferredFluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written); Spanish is a plusStrong adaptability to fast-paced, high-pressure work environmentsExcellent execution skills, problem-solving ability, and sense of responsibilityStrong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plusClear logical thinking, self-motivated, and eager to learn and growStrong interest in the logistics and supply chain industry with a long-term career commitmentDemonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on future management responsibilitiesStrong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
