Continuous Improvement Engineer
Job Title: Continuous Improvement Engineer (Air Handling Units / Data Center Cooling)
Location: In Person
Lead the improvement of mission-critical cooling systems.
We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence in the manufacturing of air handling units and data center cooling equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on improving quality, throughput, and cost in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do
Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across production
Improve assembly, electrical integration, and testing processes for HVAC/cooling systems
Drive waste reduction, cycle time improvements, and productivity gains
Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality to solve problems and implement solutions
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions
Implement and sustain 5S, standard work, visual management, and value stream mapping
Track and report KPIs (efficiency, quality, scrap, downtime)
Support new product introductions and process standardization
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operations leadership
Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
Experience in industrial equipment, HVAC, or data center infrastructure preferred
Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams
Hands-on, shop floor mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Bonus If You Have
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Experience with air handling units, chilled water systems, or data center cooling
ISO 9001 or similar quality system experience
