Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care with a focus on measurable outcomes and successful discharge planning. Deliver services that support emotional regulation, behavioral stability, and overall functioning across life domains. Ensure care aligns with best practices, medical necessity, and ethical standardsTreatment Planning & DocumentationDevelop and regularly update individualized treatment plans with clear goals and discharge criteria. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other required systems. Meet or exceed productivity expectations, which may include afternoon and evening hours. Participate in utilization review, quality management, and clinical auditsCrisis & Risk ManagementParticipate in 24-hour emergency on-call coverage as required. Monitor and respond to client safety, behavioral, and clinical risk concernsCommunicate urgent issues promptly to supervisors and leadership. Collaboration & Professional DevelopmentWork closely with multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff and external partners such as schools and child welfare agencies. Attend and actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and trainingsEngage in ongoing professional development, including evidence-based practices and specialty areas.
