Practice Manager
We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Practice Manager who is passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and helping a practice grow and thrive. This is not a role for someone who managed an office as only one part of their responsibilities — we are looking for a dedicated Practice Manager with deep expertise in practice operations, team leadership, and business growth.Our ideal candidate is someone who can bring fresh ideas, mentor leadership, and confidently guide both staff and systems toward greater efficiency and success.The right person will have proven experience in:• Reading and analyzing P&L (Profit & Loss) reports to support smart business decisions• Negotiating vendor contracts and managing business relationships effectively• Driving practice growth through strategic marketing initiatives, including:Email marketingSEOPPC advertisingInfluencer partnershipsWeb push notificationsSMS marketing• Building a culture of accountability and high performance• Hiring, onboarding, developing, and when necessary, terminating staff professionally and effectively• Identifying growth and advancement opportunities for team members• Creating and improving systems that support exceptional patient and staff experiencesWhat you will do in this role:Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the day-to-day functions of the clinics and its programs and activities to insure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfactionManage staff performance including supervising, coaching/counseling front office and clinical staff daily and interviewing, hiring, and training new staffAddress issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients and seek out appropriate leaders or partners to problem solve and process improveDevelop the practice budget including pull profit and loss responsibility of the physician practice, including revenue, expenses and budgetingWhat Qualifications you will need:Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent is highly preferred (appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirements)Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a dental, healthcare or clinic setting.3-5 years of healthcare leadership experience preferred BenefitsWe offer a total rewards package that supports the health, dental, vision and retirement of our colleagues.
