Litigation Associate

A growing litigation firm is seeking Litigation Attorneys licensed in Texas to join its busy practice. This role offers hands-on litigation experience with significant responsibility managing cases from inception through trial.This position is located in Dallas but will be fully remote.The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing skills and experience handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, hearings, mediations, and motion practice. Attorneys will independently manage a high-volume caseload while working closely with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.The practice focuses on complex litigation matters involving businesses, insurance carriers, medical professionals, and clients in the transportation and healthcare industries.Responsibilities include:• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, reports, and related legal documents• Managing cases from inception through resolution or trial• Preparing for and attending hearings, mediations, and trials• Working with expert witnesses across a variety of matters• Maintaining consistent communication with clients, counsel, experts, and courtsQualified candidates submit resumes for consideration.
