With 3-5 years of experience in apartment maintenance working at a property with over 75 units , strong technical skills, and precise communication abilities, you're ready to take on the challenge of maintaining our properties to the highest standards.Your RoleAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our apartment community's technical operations, addressing a variety of needs to ensure a seamless living experience for our residents.Key ResponsibilitiesWork Orders : Respond to and coordinate maintenance requests promptly.Plumbing : Replace faucets, snake drains, and install toilet valves.Carpentry : Hang windows and doors, repair hinges, and replace door/window locks.Painting and Repairs : Patch and paint walls to match existing finishes.Preventative Maintenance : Keep records for building systems, fire safety, and operational equipment.Inventory Management : Order supplies, schedule vendors, and control inventory.Inspections : Conduct unit inspections and ensure consistency across properties.Emergency Response : Be available for after-hours, on-call emergencies.Performance GoalsComplete work assignments efficiently and effectively.Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Maintain a high standard of property upkeep, minimizing costs while ensuring top-notch conditions.Communicate complex issues clearly and collaborate with team members to implement solutions.What You BringTechnical Knowledge : Skilled in all aspects of building systems and maintenance tools.Problem-Solving Ability : Proactive in diagnosing issues and finding practical solutions.Customer Focus : Respond promptly to resident and team needs with professionalism.Communication : Strong verbal and written skills.Physical Stamina : Capable of performing labor-intensive tasks.RequirementsLicenses & Certifications : Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and A/C certification.Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.Schedule : Flexibility to work a rotating weekend schedule.Compliance : Must meet drug/alcohol-free and criminal background criteria.Must have experience with 75+ unitsWhy Join Us?We offer a positive and supportive work environment where your skills will shine, and your contributions will be valued.
