Administrative Assistant / Event Coordinator (Part-Time)Hometown Bounce Party Rentals⁠� is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to help support our growing event rental business.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, multitasking, community involvement, and helping create memorable events for families, schools, and local organizations.Position DetailsPart-Time PositionApproximately 20–30 hours per weekHourly Pay + Commission OpportunitiesFlexible schedule with some evening/weekend availability for events and networking opportunitiesResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and assist customers with booking rentalsFollow up on quotes, inquiries, and customer questionsSchedule and coordinate events and deliveriesAssist with customer communication and booking confirmationsAttend local networking events, chamber events, school functions, and community events to help promote the companyHelp maintain calendars, schedules, and event logisticsAssist with light accounts payable and administrative tasksSupport social media posting and marketing efforts when neededHelp maintain a positive customer experience from inquiry to event completion.Ideal CandidateStrong communication and customer service skillsOrganized and dependableComfortable answering phones and speaking with customersSelf-motivated with a positive attitudeBasic computer and administrative skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced small business environmentSocial media familiarity is a plusEvent, hospitality, office, or sales experience is a bonusAbout UsHometown Bounce Party Rentals⁠� provides inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, and entertainment rentals for parties, schools, festivals, and corporate events throughout the area.
