Facility is seeking Primary Care Physician to practice in our highly regarded health systemSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMOutpatient onlyCall Ratio: Balanced call ratio split between physicians and sitesDaily Patient Census: 18 patients per dayEquipment/Resources: Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resourcesProvider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatmentRecommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose conditionMonitors lab results, medication adherence and medication toxicitiesPrescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injuryExplain and discuss procedures, test results, or prescribed treatment with the patientRefers patients to medical specialists when necessaryRepresents the practice at Hospital committees in such a manner that the burden of attending the meetings is reasonably distributed among all of the physicians in the groupCollaborate and manage APPsIncome Guarantee at $330,000 for FM and $354,548 for IMSign On Bonus/Relocation available for qualified candidatesA positive work-life balanceCollaborative and energized clinical teamsRequired: CA license, board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
