Are you ready to join us in Johns Creek, GA?Job OverviewWe're looking for a skilled professional to apply technical knowledge to design, develop, and maintain electro-mechanical systems. You will troubleshoot, test, and assemble assemblies, install and calibrate equipment, and assist in developing technical solutions. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and staying current with system advances.ResponsibilitiesApply technical knowledge to design, develop, implement, operate, and maintain electro-mechanical systemsTroubleshoot, test, and assemble electro-mechanical assemblies, including reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipmentInstall, calibrate, test, repair, and upgrade equipment and systems, including device components, control equipment, and facility infrastructureAssist engineers in developing technical solutions for device and system operationsInspect and maintain equipment using tools and diagnostic softwareSupport project goals through effective task completion and decision-makingAdhere to GxP regulations by following SOPs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality controlContribute to organizational compliance and commit to continuous improvement and regulatory complianceRequirementsHigh school diploma with technical school certification or equivalent training/experienceFive years of related experience with technical certification or seven years withoutBasic to intermediate knowledge of Electrical control circuits (24VDC–480VAC), Instrumentation, VFDs, PLC-controlled systems (Siemens)Reading and interpreting P&IDs, As-built drawingsFamiliarity with maintenance and repair of pumps, valves, and other mechanical systemsExperience in FDA regulations and safety practicesPreferencesSpecialized diploma/degree or industry certification in at least three disciplines (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, control systems, and/or equipment schematics)Proven advanced level skills in 2 or more electro-mechanic core disciplinesCompetence in preventive and predictive maintenanceFamiliarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Change control, and deviation investigationsAbility to support IQ/OQ/PQ activities, Environmental monitoring requirements, Internal and external audit responsesReady to make a difference?
