Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent field Certification as CLS (NCA), MT (ASCP), or an equivalent Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist certification Meets CLIA 88 requirements for performing high-complexity testing as per federal regulations Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and performing accurate specimen analysis Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Preferably, minimum one year of general laboratory experience Ability to work the scheduled hours, including Saturdays, with flexibility for floating between locations Capable of working extended shifts when necessary Knowledge of safety protocols, including handling biohazardous materials and hazardous chemicals Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in diverse laboratory settings Additional certifications related to laboratory testing Familiarity with laboratory information systems Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent At least one year of relevant laboratory experience preferred Other Requirements: Certifications/licenses as specified (CLS (NCA), MT (ASCP Willingness to travel and adjust schedules based on operational needs Compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations Ability to meet physical demands, including standing/sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds Exposure to routine biohazards and hazardous materials, with proper protective gear This position starts on March 23, 2026, offering an hourly pay rate of $42.90.
