Atlanta Falcons Payment Services Seasonal PositionThe Atlanta Falcons Payment Services team assists Season Ticket Members by delivering top-notch service and customizable payment plans. The program provides reps with the necessary tools, skills, and experiences to build a solid foundation within the professional sports industry. Role & Responsibilities:Recover past-due PSL and Season Ticket payments from clients Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve unusual/adverse situations and make sound judgement decisions based on available facts Proactively communicate with Season Ticket Members to determine needs and become experts on the products and services offered Manage records within Archtics and CRM ticketing systems Assist various departments on gamedays to develop further insight and skillset within the AMBSE family Expectations:60+ touchpoints daily 30-hour work week, ability to work home games Punctuality Meet weekly goals set by management Maintain positive demeanor, team spirit and professionalism at all times Attend and contribute at meetings This is an in-person position expected to work at Mercedes-Benz Stadium Required Skills:Customer service oriented Ability to produce timely results with a sense of urgency Use of sound judgement and problem-solving skills Uphold a high level of organization and attention to detail Be flexible and adaptable to change Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Sales/Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred
