Property Custodian Details: Temporary position $ 23.84 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm) Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of company properties through routine groundskeeping and general labor tasks Perform lawn care duties including mowing, weed whacking, edging, trimming, and removal of weeds and overgrowth Collect and dispose of trash, debris, and organic waste to keep all areas clean and accessible Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers while maintaining clear walkways, entrances, and perimeter areas Conduct general property upkeep including light pressure washing, identifying hazards, and reporting maintenance concerns to ensure a safe environment Property Custodian Qualifications: Previous experience with landscaping maintenance and ability to safely operate landscaping equipment required Ability to perform physical labor including standing, bending, and repetitive motions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Valid Driver's License and High School Diploma Applicant may be subject to a background check Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
