Medical Director of Women's Health (Physician)

Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Director to lead our Women's Health services. Rodgers, we prioritize work/life balance with:No evening or weekend hoursFour weeks of PTO to start, plus paid holidaysAnnual reimbursement and paid time off for continuing educationReimbursement for relocation expensesEligibility for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program As Medical Director, you'll work in close partnership with clinical and administrative leadership to: Supervise and support Women's Health care providersOversee quality assurance, compliance, and peer review processesEnsure staffing, training, and equipment needs are metCultivate a high-performing, patient-centered team cultureRepresent Women's Health in internal planning and external partnershipsMD or DO with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with women's health fellowship or OB experience required.Active, unrestricted medical license in Missouri; DEA certification.Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.Demonstrated commitment to health equity, reproductive justice, and culturally responsive care.
