We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support a fast-paced litigation practice. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for case management, ensuring that all procedural requirements are met with precision and that the trial team is fully prepared for every milestone.Core ResponsibilitiesCase Lifecycle Management: Manage high-volume litigation workflows by ensuring all matters are handled accurately and within court-mandated deadlines.Documentation & Filing: Draft, proofread, and electronically file (e-file) court pleadings and legal documents.Record Maintenance: Oversee the organization of digital and physical case files; maintain meticulous, real-time notes within the firm’s case management software.Expert Liaison: Coordinate logistics and scheduling with expert witnesses, including trial appearances, deposition dates, and document review timelines.Administrative Support: Act as a central hub for case communication, ensuring all parties are updated on scheduling changes and procedural updates.Candidate RequirementsProven Experience: At least 5 years of litigation experience is preferred.Legal Knowledge: Strong familiarity with regional litigation procedures and court rules (specific expertise in personal injury law is a significant plus).Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.System Experience: Previous exposure to legal case databases or practice management software is highly valued.TECHEAD's mission is to make our associates successful by placing them in the right environment so they can grow and prosper.
