Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Support Coordinator provides daily administrative support for the sales team and sales programs for all four brands. Provide product information and customer relationship management support to national sales force, manufacturers’ representatives, distributors, engineers and end users. Responsible for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.Position Responsibilities May IncludeSupport sales team with residential products and programs, including benefits, pricing, specifications, availability, etc. Support sales team with on-boarding and training Support and coordination with residential events & meetings for dealers, distributors, and Daikin sales teams Support residential programs including PAP system, accrual claims, sales and customer tracking, etc. Responsible for helping to maintain Loyalty claims queue Collaborate with marketing and other department to create sales support tools Ensure sales team is current on all sales programs, tools, and materials Prompt follow up with sales team and customers Dealer development/sales support including training, monitoring and support Route web leads Responsible for maintaining customers lists Coordinate customer relationship activities between field and internal departments Handle any trade publications leads Assistance with Incentive Trips and DTTP Tours Vendor and brand support Daikin, Goodman, Amana and Private Label Plus brands during scheduled events/meetings Support Brand Managers with ad-hoc lists upon request Direct phone calls to proper departments/ rollover calls Provide Documentation upon request Direct individuals to local distributors, reps, or appropriate division Market data submission, analysis, trends, and reporting Customer relationship management system including sales management processes (training and key issue resolution)Sales administration support, both centrally and region support Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs. Knowledge & SkillsAbility to obtain detailed knowledge of company products & services, customers, decision makers, sales processes and market trends Customer focus, sales, presentation and negotiation skills Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems and resolve issues Positive flexible attitude, with a can-do approach to solving challenges Advanced use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel skills Willingness to focus and contribute, with the ability to optimally balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. You will enjoy a hands-on role working through supplier relationship management and Sourcing challenges and opportunities Requirement: self-starter with ability to provide innovative solutions to the business Ability to make sound decisions and implement actions Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethic, and integrity on the job.
