Job Title: Picker-PackerWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Picker-Packerto support daily warehouse operations. The Picker-Packer is responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory, packing items securely for shipment, and preparing orders for delivery. This role plays an important part in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently, correctly, and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesPick products from warehouse shelves according to order tickets, packing slips, or digital picking systemsVerify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before packingPack items securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transitLabel boxes and prepare shipments according to company and carrier guidelinesStage completed orders in designated shipping areas for pickup or loadingAssist with receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming inventory when neededMaintain accurate order records by scanning items or updating warehouse systemsFollow warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all timesKeep workstations, aisles, and packing areas clean and organizedAssist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse organizationCommunicate with supervisors or team members regarding order discrepancies or inventory shortagesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse, order picking, or packing experience is a plusAbility to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbsComfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periodsAbility to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and counting skills for order accuracyExperience using scanners or warehouse systems is a plusSkills & CompetenciesAttention to detail and order accuracyPhysical stamina and reliabilityTime management and productivityTeamwork and communicationBasic inventory or warehouse management system knowledge (preferred)Pay:$16.50 per hourHours:35 – 40 hours per weekPay Details: $16.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
