CAM Programmer, Execution

Overview In this role you will bridge CAM programming with shop-floor execution to ensure that programmed intent yields reliable, repeatable production. You’ll diagnose and fix failures across CNC programs, setups, fixtures, and inspection, driving end-to-end manufacturing stability. You’ll collaborate across CAM Programming, Quality, CMM Programming, Applications, Automation, and GTM teams to implement robust process improvements. This position supports Hadrian’s mission to accelerate and industrialize U.S. manufacturing through advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing.
