This role will be responsible for coordinating equipment reservations, allocating fleet assets, managing trucking logistics, and supporting the efficient fulfillment of customer orders.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across departments, and can balance multiple priorities while helping maximize fleet utilization and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage fleet reservations and equipment allocation in coordination with the sales team to maximize utilization and revenue of HVAC RNTL assetsSelect and assign equipment within the Prexa system to fulfill customer ordersCoordinate internal trucking moves and equipment transfers between branches and job sitesServe as the primary point of contact for long-haul transportation coordinationWork closely with operations, service, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of equipmentCommunicate transportation schedules, equipment availability, and logistics updates across departmentsAssist in prioritizing fleet movement activities during peak seasonal demandSupport efficient execution of after-hours or emergency equipment moves as neededCollaborate with leadership on equipment utilization strategies and operational planningMaintain accurate records and documentation related to fleet movements and logistics activityQualificationsPrevious experience in fleet coordination, logistics, dispatching, transportation, rental operations, or related field preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with ERP or fleet management systems; Prexa experience preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and external vendorsStrong attention to detail and sense of urgencyProficient with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systemsPreferred SkillsExperience in HVAC, construction equipment rental, transportation, or industrial service industriesUnderstanding of trucking logistics and equipment schedulingAbility to adapt quickly to changing operational prioritiesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary range: $80,000 – $95,000 annuallyBonus opportunity availableComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and company-supported development opportunitiesAbout HVAC RNTLHVAC RNTL is a leading provider of temporary and portable HVAC solutions serving customers across commercial, industrial, and emergency response markets.
