Role Description The Regional Manager for Multi-Family Assets will oversee the operations and performance of multiple multi-family properties across Texas, with a base in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include managing property performance, developing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue, overseeing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading on-site teams. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires regular travel within the region and collaboration with various stakeholders. Qualifications Strong property management skills, including operations oversight, budget management, and performance optimizationExperience in asset management, acquisition, and disposition for multi-family housingProficient in team leadership, employee training, and employee performance monitoringKnowledge of local and federal housing regulations and compliance standardsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in real estate management software and reporting toolsAbility to analyze financial data and develop strategic action plansExperience in commercial real estate or multi-family housing is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
