NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Manual QA Tester to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, contract position.SALARY: $30-$40 per hour (depending on experience).Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of manual software testing experienceStrong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologiesExperience with test case management and bug tracking toolsResponsibilitiesAnalyze requirements and design test cases to validate software functionalityExecute manual test cases and document resultsIdentify, record, and track bugs in issue tracking toolsCollaborate with developers and QA team to troubleshoot and resolve issuesPerform regression, smoke, and exploratory testingValidate fixes and re-test as neededParticipate in test planning, reviews, and requirement analysisEnsure QA standards and best practices are followedProvide feedback on usability, functionality, and performanceNextpath Workforce SolutionsNextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
