Our impressive portfolio of over 50,000,000sf of Medical Outpatient buildings and Lab and Life Science facilities fuel innovation in patient care and research - accelerating scientific discovery, enhancing healthcare delivery, fostering healthier populations, and driving shareholder value.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESThe Real Estate Operations Specialist provides portfolio-wide operational support in close partnership with the Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management & Operations, helping drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices across a national real estate portfolio. The position leads standardized procedures, technology adoption, and training initiatives, while coordinating closely with Property Management and cross-functional teams to support decision-making, portfolio initiatives, and overall operational performance.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Portfolio & Operational SupportPartner closely with the Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management & Operations as a member of the Real Estate Operations teamCoordinate and implement portfolio-wide operational standards, best practices, and proceduresDevelop and maintain standardized operating procedures, emergency response protocols, and operational playbooksTrack initiatives focused on improving operational efficiencyOversee, maintain and manage "Contact Manager" as the system of truth for personnel assignments to buildings throughout the portfolioOversee and maintain Property Management intranet document repositoryProvide operational support to the Property Management team throughout the portfolioCreate and maintain strong relationships throughout the organizationPartner with team in creating training content and materialsLead and facilitate improvement and adoption across the organizationCross-Functional Coordination* Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Procurement, Marketing, and Property Management to execute operational initiatives* Champion technology platforms, workflows, and training initiatives to drive consistency and adoptionPrograms, Events & Portfolio InitiativesParticipate in planning and execution of the Healthpeak's Annual ConferenceCoordinate Kingsley tenant survey process, including data coordination and annual action plan trackingSchedule and coordinate trainings, meetings, and portfolio-wide eventsAdministrative, Analytical & Presentation SupportProvide high-quality support to drive key decision making across the national portfolioPrepare PowerPoint presentations and perform Excel analysis to support leadership and team initiativesTrack action items, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreamsDesign internal surveys and partner with HR and other groups for creation of company-wide communicationPOSITION REQUIREMENTS5+ years of experience in property management, real estate operations, healthcare, or operations leadershipBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Finance, and/or Accounting preferredStrong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)Experience with Yardi beneficialComfortable learning new systems and processesOccasional travel (15%) for portfolio initiatives, meetings, or company eventsAbility to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects at a timeExperience supporting multi-site or portfolio operationsStrong collaboration, process improvement, and communication skillsExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsWillingness to proactively seek out tasks that support the teamBase Salary (based upon, and subject to, candidate experience): $135,000 - $155,000 (plus generous cash incentives)
