Those stories are part of what makes this such a special place to work.Job OverviewMacy's is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketer to join the team in this pivotal Senior Manager role on the Affiliate team. This individual will be instrumental in partnering with our agency team to drive Macy’s affiliate marketing strategy, optimizations and delivering measurable results through data-driven directional analysis and performance.What You Will DoDevelop and execute innovative affiliate marketing strategies aligned with Macy's overall business objectivesManage and optimize relationships with affiliate partners to maximize program performanceAnalyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insightsLead performance tracking and reporting, including ROI analysis across affiliate channelsManage, coach, and work closely with our agency partners and other channel leadsProvide clear insight and direction for Sr. Leadership deliveryKnowledge and experienced cross-channel strategy (SEO/SEM, Display, Influencer etc.) and cross-channel user behaviorCollaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, e-commerce, and marketing to ensure cohesive promotional strategiesMonitor competitive landscape and identify new partnership opportunitiesImplement testing strategies to continuously improve program performanceManage affiliate marketing budget and forecast performancePresent performance metrics and strategic recommendations to leadershipFoster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.Skills You Will Need5-7 years Affiliate Marketing experience (CPA, CPL, CPI) across omni channels inclusive of digital and traditional marketing channelsDemonstrated experience managing and mentoring team members to drive performance and professional developmentStrong analytical skills with proven ability to translate data into actionable insightsProficiency with affiliate networks and platforms (Commission Junction, Rakuten, Impact, etc.)Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple prioritiesStrong negotiating skills & established relationships with top publishers within the Affiliate eco-systemExperience managing budgets and forecasting performanceWho You AreData-driven team player, with strong analytical skills.This candidate should be encouraged by user behavior, strategically aligned to industry standards, and driven by the data.The first question this individual should ask is “what does the data say” and possess the skills to source and deliver the answer.Experience with managing programs in CJ and Rakuten.Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms.
