Campaign Operations Specialist
United way of Greater Cincinnati is seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to assist in the coordination of the processing and oversight of campaign processing results.Key Areas Of ResponsibilityProcessing and Operational OversightReview imports from Stratus Live, Goodworld and all third-party processors for duplications and missing GAU’s and verify data for pledge processing. Resolve any discrepancies before entering in CRM.Monitor the 5/3 lockbox for pledge processing batches and process accordinglyProcess Service tickets submitted by the AR specialists, set up or adjust Opportunities as needed for AR processors to apply received payments.Train seasonal staff on data entry procedures and account maintenanceResearch donor pledge and designation information.Reports and InformationCommunicate and provide pledge information and acknowledgement reports to partner agencies and other United Ways and their partner agencies.Maintain updated agency information and vetting of agencies.Maintain agency designation codes and donor choice contacts in pledge processing system.Verify qualified partner agencies in I guide prior to annual Campaign year kick off for designationsSubmit UWGC where raised reports for other LUW’s to MMRS annuallyMaintain and update Pledge Processing policies and procedures as neededOther DutiesReconcile all workplace CampaignsIdentify process problem areas and recommend resolutionsMaintain production workflow scorecard on monthly processing and reporting on open to be processed positionCOMPETENCIES: Accountability, Integrity-Organizational Commitment, Communication Skills, Initiative, Detail Oriented, Technologically Proficient, and Time/Project ManagementJOB RELATIONSHIPS WITH: Interacts with team members at all levels of the organization, UWGC donors, staff of other United Ways and agency partners.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma with some college preferred.Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word and intermediate Excel.Salesforce - CRM experience preferred.Minimum three years working in an office with some decision-making experience in the areas of data processing and customer service.Working ConditionsNormal Office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature, and the like.In office 5 days a week, Monday- Friday, 8:30a-4:30p.Extended viewing of multi computer monitors.Salary$23 per hour/ $45,000 per year plus competitive benefits packageBenefitsGenerous paid time off including vacation, personal, sick, and holiday timeMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 403b plan with company matchShort-Term & Long-Term Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program and access to other free health programsCommunity volunteer opportunitiesProfessional development and training opportunitiesYears of experience1 - 2 years of experienceSalary range$23 per hourRequired languagesEnglish
