Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning goals Develop and post compelling job descriptions across job boards and social platforms Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and professional networks Conduct phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews Evaluate candidates using structured interview techniques Manage offer process and support onboarding coordination Strategic & Operational Impact Maintain accurate ATS data and recruiting metrics Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department Improve time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates Represent IABA at job fairs and community recruitment events Build long-term talent pipelines for critical roles Stay current with recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and compliance standards
