Your mission is to build relationships, solve problems, and help customers succeed.Core ResponsibilitiesManage and grow an established customer base within your assigned territoryIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesMeet sales and margin targets while delivering exceptional customer serviceEducate customers on product offerings through creative presentations and demonstrationsProvide market intelligence and competitive insights to help us stay aheadDay-to-Day ActivitiesConduct face-to-face sales visits at customer facilitiesPrepare and present product quotations and proposalsRespond to customer inquiries promptly and professionallyAttend sales meetings and training sessionsMaintain CRM records and track sales activitiesStay current on industry trends and communicate relevant insights to customersWhat We're Looking ForEducation & Experience:High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferredExperience in the woodworking or building materials industry is a plusProven sales track record preferredEssential SkillsExcellent communication, listening, and negotiation abilitiesStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet objectivesCustomer service mindset with interpersonal finesseComfortable juggling multiple prioritiesRequirementsValid driver's license with clean driving recordWillingness to travel extensively within territory (not remote/work-from-home)Ability to safely operate company vehiclesCommitment to workplace and driving safety standardsCompensation & BenefitsWe invest in our people.
