Lawn Care Technician (Residential & Commercial)

LaborMAX Staffing - - Responsibilities: Assist the Lawn Care Crew Lead in daily operations including quality control, training, punctuality and safety.; Perform and manage landscape and maintenance tasks on client properties including mowing, line trimming, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking and mulch installation.; Load all tools, gas and other necessary equipment/materials; secure equipment safely.; End of the day duties: unload/load equipment, clean equipment, report damaged items to manager.; Communicate effectively with subordinates, peers and supervisor.
