Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to support a community vaccination initiative in a retail healthcare environment. This patient-facing role is responsible for administering a variety of immunizations while delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with patients and healthcare professionals are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Administer a variety of vaccines, including but not limited to:
Influenza (Flu)
COVID-19
MMR
Tdap
Hepatitis
Shingles
Pneumococcal
Other CDC-recommended immunizations
Assess patients prior to vaccination and provide education regarding immunizations.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and vaccination records.
Follow all infection control and patient safety protocols (PPE provided).
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient care.
Deliver compassionate, professional service while maintaining a positive patient experience.
Adapt to changing workflows and support clinic operations as needed.
Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of assignment.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization administration and direct patient care.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Strong clinical skills, including medication administration.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative healthcare team.
Flexibility with work schedule and clinic operational needs.
High School Diploma or GED (verification required).
Must not appear on any federal healthcare exclusion lists.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in community health, retail clinics, public health, or vaccination programs.
Experience administering high-volume immunization clinics.
Strong customer service and patient education skills.
