Ensure patients are comfortable and their needs are met.Vital Signs Monitoring: Routinely record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with RNs and other healthcare team members regarding patient conditions and needs.Meal Assistance: Help patients with meals, including feeding those who may have difficulty eating independently.Environment Upkeep: Keep patients' living areas clean and assist with changing bed linens.Documentation: Document care provided, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.Patient Transfers: Safely move patients between beds, wheelchairs, and other areas, using proper lifting techniques.
