Commercial Loan Servicing Coordinator
The Coordinator, Commercial Lending Servicing partners with Specialists and Portfolio Analysts to assist in auditing commercial loans, generating monthly reports, processing, tracking and fulfilling servicing of the commercial loan portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review and audit loan files for completed information, including flood vendor, closed loan, loan boarding, and red flag audits, payment due date changes, supervisory override report, and post-closing flood review
Schedule property inspections with third party vendor on loan collateral and review completed property inspection reports for any red flags, including needed repairs and higher vacant units then expected from last periodic review, and notify. Portfolio Analysts and Loan Specialists within the defined SLAs
Assist in updating all procedures to ensure consistent service to internal members and external commercial lending members
Collect and review renewal insurance certificates, property, liability and flood to ensure collateral is insured during life of loan. Complete the Insurance renewal checklist to ensure the flood renewal certificate meets the Flood Disaster Protection Act and property liability renewal certificates have adequate coverage based on the loan document requirements
Monthly correspondence remittance report reviews
Collaborate with vendors, underwriters and analysts to support the servicing of the loan
Import and update data in the core loan operating system, CreditQuest to allow reports to be generated via Report Manager
Experience and Education Requirement:
Minimum Education: Associate’s degree in Business Administration, or other related field is preferred; Minimum of 9 credit hours of accounting is preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operations lending role in the financial services industry
Excellent research, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence and other written materials
Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
Familiarity with CreditQuest is preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Target Compensation: $72,000 to $85,000 annually + annual bonus
