Pharmacy Technician II + Patient Support

As a Patient Support team member (Pharmacy Technician II + Patient Support), you'll do two tightly connected things: prepare prescriptions accurately behind the scenes, and provide front-line, compassionate support to patients. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical accuracy with medication handling and also takes pride in helping people navigate their orders and accounts.Manage incoming medication orders and select the correct product from inventory.Repackage unit-dose stock into patient vials and ensure prescriptions are filled accurately.Maintain inventory integrity: remove expired items, update inventory systems, and help order supplies (vials, envelopes, postage, etc.).Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email - answer questions, troubleshoot account or shipment issues, and guide patients through our ordering tools.Assist patients with account setup and ordering so they can access our services smoothly.Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks to keep the pharmacy and patient navigation work flowing.You care about improving access to medication and like working at the intersection of operations and people.You have at least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in a busy retail environment.You're strong at customer communication across phone, text, and email.You're comfortable with pharmacy and CRM software, G Suite, and can learn new tools quickly.You are dependable - this is a 40-hour/week, on-site role (consistent attendance and punctuality required).Health coverage : Good Pill pays 100% of employee medical, dental, and vision premiums (effective the 1st of the month after hire).Paid time off: Over six weeks total (company holidays + vacation + sick leave).Retirement : 4% employer match on 401(k); COVID-19 vaccination.Georgia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.Demonstrated experience performing all prescription-filling tasks under pharmacist supervision (software entry, product selection, repackaging, postage/envelope prep).Also able to sit, reach overhead, complete desk-based computer work, write by hand, and lift or carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.Interview invites will be sent via our online portal.
