Machine Operator
You will be responsible for configuring machinery for specific product runs, which includes both the installation and removal of necessary tooling.
Candidates must possess at least half a year of background in a fast-moving production setting and demonstrate proficiency in fundamental arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Successful applicants need a strong command of English to interpret safety guidelines, operational manuals, and product labeling. You should also have basic computer literacy, a proactive approach to your daily tasks, and the flexibility to work extended shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds periodically and remain on your feet for the duration of an 8 to 10-hour shift.
While not mandatory, having a high school diploma or G.E.D. and over six months of direct machine operation experience is preferred.
