Audit Analyst

Our client in Allentown, PA is seeking a detail?oriented professional to support treasury operations, cash controls, and banking processes. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding cash activity, preventing fraud, and ensuring accurate financial reporting while providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities:Perform banking and cash control activities, including validating vendor and customer banking changes through required callback procedures. Complete daily interface controls to ensure all treasury and financial systems are operating correctly. Assist with daily, monthly, and quarterly cash controls to ensure accurate transaction recording and fraud prevention. Perform daily matching of book records to bank transactions using treasury reconciliation software. Research, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or exceptions identified during daily matching. Prepare and analyze monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of variances. Support management and regulatory reporting related to treasury and cash activities. Assist with the unclaimed property process, including report preparation, payment requests, and responses to customer inquiries. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information. Provide support to internal users regarding treasury processes and procedures. Perform administrative and accounting support activities as needed. Interface with internal and external auditors related to cash controls and treasury processes. Support special projects and perform ad hoc analysis as requested. Deliver professional and responsive customer service to both internal and external partners. Safeguard cash records and confidential financial data. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
